Cat Management

In South Australia cat owners are now required to register their cats on Dogs and Cats Online (DACO) a state database. This brings cat management more in line with dog management. Semi-owned cats, that are fed but not considered to be owned by a person, are thought to be the main population of cats that end up in shelters or rescue organisations. been doing research into cat management in local council areas of South Australia to find out what the problems are with cats in neighbourhoods and peoples’ attitudes to cat management.
