Behaviour Ecology

Behaviour ecology aims to understand animal behaviour patterns and their adaptive significance in an ecological and evolutionary framework. We are particularly interested in animal sociality and typically use animal tracking and social network approaches to investigate questions in this area. Our projects often intersect with movement as well as disease ecology, more specifically pathogen transmission.
